A purchase doesn’t show up

Check that the payment is complete in the App Store or Google Play, then restart the game: purchased coins and gems are added automatically, even if the app closed during the payment.

Getting your purchases back on a new phone

Open Settings or the Shop and tap “Restore purchases”, using the same Apple or Google account as for the purchase. This brings back the “No ads” purchase.

Online play can’t find an opponent

Online play needs an internet connection and other players searching at the same time, at the same table. The waiting room lasts 30 seconds; if nobody arrives, the game offers a game against a bot. You can also create a game with friends and give them the code.

Stake lost or refunded online

Leaving an online game loses your stake. If an opponent stops responding, the game waits 30 seconds before removing them from the game. An interrupted game refunds the stakes.

My username

Your username is visible to other players online. Choose one without your full name or any personal information. You can change it in Settings › My profile.

My progress is gone

Progress, coins and your collection are saved on your phone. They are deleted if you uninstall the game or clear its data.

Report a bug

Tell us the game mode (bots, online, with friends), the number of players and what you did just before the problem, and attach a screenshot if possible.
