Website contact form
When you send the form, I receive by email your name, country, phone number, your email address if you give it, the chosen subject and your message. This information is only used to reply to you and to prepare a quote if you ask for one. It is not stored in a database on the site. I keep it for the time of our exchange, then at most 3 years after our last contact.
Facebook and Instagram ad forms
If you fill in a form in one of my ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends me the information you enter (name, contact details, type of project, budget, timing). It is only used to contact you about your project and is kept under the same conditions as the website form.
WhatsApp, email and phone
If you contact me on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, I only use your contact details and messages to reply to you. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp’s own rules.
Visit statistics, without cookies
The site counts visits with an in-house tool that sets no cookie: page viewed, referring site, device type, browser, language and approximate country. To count the visitors of a single day, a fingerprint is computed from the IP address and browser with a key that changes every day: it cannot follow you from one day to the next, and the IP address is not stored in clear. These statistics are kept for at most 400 days. They show which pages are read and where visitors come from (legitimate interest).
Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, only with your consent
If you click “Accept” in the banner, the site loads:
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure the site’s audience;
- the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure how well my Facebook and Instagram ads work.
They record page views, contact form submissions and clicks on WhatsApp, email or phone, and set their own cookies (for example _ga for Google, _fbp for Meta). Google and Meta may transfer this data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, nothing is loaded. Your choice is kept for 6 months and you can change it at any time: manage cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted in France by o2switch.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or receive a copy, by writing to contact@sunderdev.com. I reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
