Mobile port of the broker back-office — National credit brokerage network
Native iOS & Android ports of the administrative back-office for Accord Crédit, France's leading credit brokerage network (mortgage, debt consolidation, loan insurance, professional credit, lifetime mortgage). Same challenge as ImmoFinances: translating a large, mature web back-office into a productive mobile tool for branches and franchisees, without touching existing data. Reverse-engineering of the domain, mapping of critical screens (loan comparators, client files, documents, agenda), bidirectional Google Calendar sync for appointments, embedded loan & insurance simulators, real-time file tracking and push notifications. The website is managed by the client — I delivered only the two footer apps.

Native iOS & Android ports of the administrative back-office for a historic brokerage network (mortgage, loan insurance, debt consolidation, professional credit, reverse mortgage). The challenge: giving 34 credit experts and 15 franchisees a mobile tool matching the scope of a large, mature web back-office loaded with history, without breaking any data. Domain reverse-engineering, faithful mapping of critical screens (credit comparators, client files, supporting documents, agenda), bidirectional Google Calendar sync for appointments, embedded loan & insurance simulators, real-time file tracking and push notifications. The website is managed by the client — I delivered only the two footer apps.
