A purchase isn’t showing up

Make sure the purchase is complete in the App Store or Google Play, then restart Pyramid Blocks. Lives and gems are added once the payment has been approved.

Restoring your purchases

On a new phone, open the Shop and tap “Restore purchases,” using the same Apple or Google account you made the purchase with. The “No ads” option will then be restored.

The game feels less smooth

In Settings › Graphics, choose a lighter quality, close apps running in the background and turn off battery saver or Low Power Mode. If the problem continues, let us know your phone model.

My scores have disappeared

Scores, settings and unlocked items are saved on your phone. They can be erased if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Online duels can’t find an opponent

Online duels need an internet connection and another player searching at the same time. You can also invite a friend with a code, or play against the AI.

My username is rejected

Your username is visible to other players in duels. It must be at least two characters long and must not contain any rude or inappropriate words. Pick another one, without your full name or any personal information.

Report a bug

Tell us the game mode, what you did just before the problem and, if possible, attach a screenshot.
