My lives purchase doesn’t show up

Check that the purchase went through in the App Store or Google Play, then restart Snake Survival. Lives are consumables: they are added once the payment is approved and only go down when you choose to continue a game.

The game feels less smooth

In Settings, choose a lighter graphics quality, close demanding apps running in the background and turn off battery saver mode. Tell us your phone model if the problem persists.

My scores have disappeared

Scores, settings and unlocked items are saved locally. They may be deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Report a bug

Tell us the game mode, what you did just before the problem and, if possible, attach a screenshot. These details help us reproduce and fix the bug.

Restore your purchases

On a new phone, open the Shop and tap “Restore purchases,” using the same Apple or Google account you made the purchase with.

Online duels can’t find an opponent

Online duels require an internet connection and another player searching at the same time. After one minute without an opponent, the game offers to let you play against the AI. You can also invite a friend with a code.

My nickname is rejected

Your nickname is visible to other players in duels. It must be at least two characters long and must not contain rude or inappropriate words. Choose another one, without your full name or any personal information.

Recover your progress from the first version

When you update, Snake Survival automatically carries over the coins, lives, skins and records from the previous version saved on the same phone. If anything is missing, write to us and tell us your phone model.
